摘要
以蛋壳为钙源采用直接与丙酸反应和经焙烧后与丙酸反应得到的丙酸钙,优化了实验条件,所得产品其防腐抗菌效果要好于其它一般抗菌材料,且直接与丙酸反应的丙酸钙防腐抗菌活性更优。
Calcium Propionate are goted with propionic acid directly and after roasting by eggshell as the calcium source, having optimized the experiment condition, its antiseptic antibacterial result of the resulting products should be better than other general antibacterial materials, the antiseptic antibacterial activity of calcium Propionate is more excellent with propionic acid and eggshell directly.
