摘要
目的 :建立紫外 -高效液相色谱法 ,测定驱蚊肤宁中N ,N -二乙基间甲苯甲酰胺(DEET)的含量。方法 :以YWGC18为反相柱 ,甲醇 -水 ( 2 - 1)为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :驱蚊肤宁中DEET的回收率为 10 0 .10 % ,RSD为 0 .90 % (n =5 )。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确、可靠 ,适合于产品的质量控制。
Objective: UV-HPLC method was established for the determination of DEET in insect repellent QU WEN FU NING . Method: The chromatographic system consists of YWG C 18 column and mobile phase of MeOH-H 2O(2-1) with a detection wavelength at 254nm. Results: The recovery rate of the method was 100.10%(RSD=0.9%,n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable and can be used to control the quality in mass production.
