摘要
目的研究以避蚊胺(N,N-二乙基间甲基甲酰胺)为主要有效成份的纸型蚊虫驱避剂的驱蚊虫效果和毒性。方法对以湿纸巾作为载体的驱蚊配方进行实验室和现场驱蚊虫药效观察以及动物毒性试验。结果实验室5 h涂药面开始有蚊虫停落和叮咬;现场试验显示纸型蚊虫驱避剂驱蚊虫时间不低于6 h。毒性试验证明大鼠经口(LD50>5 g.kg-1)、经皮(LD50>2.15 g.kg-1)属微毒;对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对眼呈轻度至中度刺激性;对豚鼠皮肤也未出现过敏症状。结论纸型蚊虫驱避剂驱蚊效果良好,使用安全。
Objective： To investigate the effects and toxicity of a new mosquito repellent in wet paper, composed mainty of Deet （N, N-diethl meta-toluamide）. Methods： The protection time and the protected rate were observed after the paper was used on the human backhands and arms in laboratory and field. Its toxicity was tested in rats, guinea pigs and rabbits. Results： It showed that the protection time against mosquitoes was 5h in laboratory while more than 6h in field. Oral and dermal LD50 were higher than 5g·kg and 2.15g·kg respectively in rats, indicating the repellent paper is a kind of low toxic product; it has no dermal stimulation and has moderate stimulation on eyes in rabbits; it has no allergic symptom in guinea pigs. Conclusion： The paper shows good repeelency against mosquitoes and safe for human use.
