摘要
目的建立驱蚊产品中伊默宁(IR3535)含量的紫外-高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品以甲醇为溶剂,以ODS C_(18)为反相柱,甲醇-水(体积比为65:35)为流动相,紫外检测波长为215 nm。结果驱蚊样品中伊默宁(IR3535)的回收率为95.5%~103.4%,RSD为2.8%~5.4%(n=6),检出限为0.02 mg,/ml,线性相关系数为0.999 8。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于驱蚊产品的伊默宁含量的测定。
Objective To establish a UV-HPLC method for the determination of IR3535 in the insect repellents. Methods The insect repellent samples were dissolved into methanol. The chromatographic system consisted of Agilent ODS C18 column and mobile phase of [ V(methanol):V(water)=65:35 ] with a detection wavelength of 215 nm. Results The recovery rates of the method were 95.5%-103.4% with the RSDs of 2.8%-5.4%(n=6). The detection limit and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve were 0.02 mg/ml and 0.999 8 respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and applicable to the determination of IR3535 in the insect repellent products.
