摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)实验室检测的临床意义。方法采用间接免疫荧光技术(IIF)检测抗核抗体(ANA)、双链脱氧核糖核酸(dsDNA)、ANCA。并回顾性分析70例SLE患者血清ANCA阳性率及荧光免疫模型。结果 ANCA阳性19例,全部是核周型(pANCA)。ANCA阳性组在dsDNA阳性,补体C3、C4降低,血沉增高,肾脏损害等方面与ANCA阴性组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者ANCA阳性,与疾病的活动性及肾脏损伤有关。
Objective To analyze the lab detection of clinical significance on ANCA in patients with SLE.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect ANA,dsDNA,ANCA.Positive rate and immunofluorescence model of serum ANCA of 70 patients with SLE were analyzed retrospectively.Results 19 peripheral-ANCA（pANCA）were positive.dsDNA was positive,complement C3,C4 decreased,blood sedimentation increased,and kidney damage in ANCA positive group was significantly different compared ANCA negative group（P0.05）.Conclusion The positive ANCA in patients with SLE is correlated with the development of the disease and kidney damage.
