摘要
高强度水凝胶作为一种新型的软而湿类弹性材料具有良好的生物相容性,其低摩擦性能使其成为目前最适合的人体组织替代物材料。介绍了两种新型的高机械强度水凝胶的制备方法,并在此基础上进一步研究了其摩擦特性,发现水凝胶表现出极低的摩擦系数(约10-3);同时分析化学结构、悬挂分子链和测试环境(介质、载荷和滑动速度)对摩擦力的影响,通过吸附-排斥模型对其摩擦机理进行理论分析。
The high-strength hydrogels have good biocompatibility as a new kind of soft and wet material, and due to the low frictional property they are suitable to be the substitutes for tissues and organs. There are two kinds of high-strength hydrogels and their synthesic methods are inlroduced. According to the micro-structures, the hydrogels' mechanical strength is analyzed, and the extreme low frictional coefficient of these hydrogels(≈O^-3) is studied. Moreover, the effection of the chemical structare, polymer chains and measure environment (medium, load and substrate) on hydrogel friction is studied, and the theory analysis is given on the frictional mechanism with the repulsion- adsorption model.
