摘要
关节软骨损伤的治疗是国内外骨科工作者研究的重点和难点,其治疗方法和替代材料多样。关节软骨损伤后的替代材料可分为人工关节,骨膜、软骨膜及自体或异体骨软骨,组织工程化软骨,人工软骨等。通过对近年来软骨损伤替代材料的优缺点进行综述,为今后临床关节软骨损伤的治疗提供参考。
Treatment of articular cartilage injuries has become the focus for orthopedics physicians at home and abroad. It is well known that there are many treatments and alternative materials. The substitution materials included artificial joints, periosteum, perichondrium, autologous and allogeneic cartilage, tissue-engineered cartilage, or artificial cartilage. This review presents the advantages and disadvantaged of current substitute materials of articular cartilage, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of articutar cartilage injuries.
