摘要 针对国际电工委员会标准IEC 61000-4-2静电放电抗扰度试验方法存在的问题,对空气式静电放电进行实验研究。利用新型静电放电(ESD)模拟测试系统,在较宽范围的电压电平下,用数字存储示波器对放电电流的上升时间、峰值、自制金属半圆环天线上的耦合电压峰-峰值进行测量。测量结果的分析表明:不同空气湿度下的ESD特性存在着明显的差别,湿度越低,放电电流峰值和耦合电压越大;在放电电压一定的情况下,放电电流峰值和耦合电压基本上随着电极接近速度的提高而增大,只是在各个不同的接近速度上,变化速率是不一样的,接近速度对高电压放电时的影响要比对低电压放电时的影响大。 The air electrostatic discharge was experimentally studied in accordance with some problems in ESD immunity testing method specified by IEC standard.A new electrostatic discharge(ESD) simulation and testing set-up was adopted,and at a wide-broad voltage levels,a digital memory oscilloscope was adopted to measure the rise-times,the peak currents of discharge and the peak-peak voltages induced on the home-made semi-metal-loop,then the correlations of measured results were analyzed.Analyses results show that the peak values of discharge current are obviously different from induced voltage under different air humidity,and the lower the humidity is,the higher the peak value will be;Under certain discharge voltage,the peak values of discharge current and induced voltage basically increase with the increase of approaching speed,but the change rate of peak value is different under different approaching speed;the influence of approaching speed on high voltage is more than that of low voltage.
