如东县39904例农村妇女乳腺癌检查情况分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析如东县农村妇女乳腺癌检查情况,探讨提高乳腺癌检出率的有效措施,使患者得到早期治疗,提高生存率,降低死亡率。方法:按照国家卫生部及江苏省卫生厅相关要求实施我县农村妇女乳腺癌检查,对39 904例妇女检查情况进行分析。结果:受检妇女检出乳腺癌13人,检出率为32.58/10万;乳腺临床手诊、超声探测、钼靶检查及病理诊断仍是目前乳腺癌检查的重要手段。结论:规范的操作、精良的设备、可疑病例的密切追踪随访及可靠的病理学检查是提高乳腺癌检出率的重要保障。
