摘要
建立了某重型越野车驾驶室的有限元模型,并参照ECE R29法规的要求,对其进行非线性仿真,分析汽车翻车时驾驶室的变形。针对驾驶室顶部强度存在一定裕度的情况,进行了驾驶室质量和顶盖内饰板变形对板件厚度的灵敏度分析,并据此修改顶盖内饰板、翼子板和后围及其加强板的厚度。验证结果表明,修改后的驾驶室顶部强度满足法规要求,且减轻了质量。
A finite element model for the cab of a heavy off-road vehicle is built,and following the requirements of ECE R29 regulation,a nonlinear simulation on cab model is conducted and the deformation of cab when vehicle turning over is analyzed.In view of certain strength surplus in cab root,the sensibilities of cab weight and the deformation of cab root interior panel to the thickness of panel are analyzed,and based on this the thicknesses of roof interior panel,fender,back panel and its reinforcement are revised.The results of verification indicate that the roof strength of modified cab meets the requirements of regulation with its weight reduced.
