摘要
建立了某微型货车白车身的有限元模型,利用有限元法分析了该模型一阶扭转模态固有频率对主要零件厚度的灵敏度,并对找到的敏感零件进行动力修改。路面激励的计算结果表明振动特性得到明显改善。
The finite element model for the body in-white of a mini-truck is built first, and the sensitivity of the first torsional mode frequency to the thickness of main parts in the model is analyzed by finite element method. Then the dynamic modification on the sensitive parts found is performed. The calculation results of road excitation show that the vibration characteristics of the mini-truck model are obviously improved.
