摘要
为评价白车身的刚度,建立了白车身静态刚度试验模型,进行了试验设计。在此基础上开展了白车身的刚度测试,测得设定载荷在车身地板一组施力点上的挠度,并用若干多项式基函数对其进行拟合。通过比较拟合的标准偏差,最终选出一个相对最佳的挠度拟合多项式,代表白车身刚度的分布状况。借此可快速评估白车身刚度,为车身结构的优化提供良好的基础。
For evaluating the stiffness of body-in-white ( BIW), a model for the static stiffness test of BIW is built and an experimental design is carried out. Based on these, a test on the stiffness of BIW is conducted, the deflections of body floor at a group of points, where the preset load is applied, are measured, on which polynomial fitting is performed by several basis functions chosen. By comparing the standard deviations of fitting with different polynomials, a relatively best fitted polynomial for deflection is finally obtained, representing the distribution of BIW stiffness. Using this method, the stiffness of BIW can be quickly evaluated, laying a good foundation for the optimization of body structure.
