摘要
高等教育发展史是一部大学分化的历史。分化既是大学发展的动力,也是大学发展的趋势;它既是大学理念和制度的一种调整,也是大学结构与功能的一种优化,更是大学应对社会变化的一种主动适应。如何看待大学分化,以及把握大学分化背后的价值取向,对我们思考现代大学制度建设以及形成与大学分化相适应的大学思想,具有重要的意义。以大学形态分化为逻辑起点,审视大学分化的特征、复杂性及其价值,是把握高等教育属性和本质的基本命题。
The history of higher education development is a history of university differentiation process. Differentiation is both the driving force and important trends of university development. Differentiation is an adjustment of idea and system of university, an optimization of structure and function of university, and particularly an adaptation initiatives to the changing society of university as well. How should we treat university differentiation and see through it to grasp the value orientation behind , it is of great significance for us to think about the creation of modern university system and gradually develop the university philosophy compatible with the university differentiation process. Regarding the differentiation of university form as the logical starting point, examining closely characteristics, complexities and values of university differentiation , are the basic issues to throb with the attribute and nature of higher education.
