摘要
岗位设置管理制度是高校人事制度的核心区域,对高校的改革发展意义重大。高校岗位管理的理论探索已渐趋成熟,改革实践却进展缓慢。清晰认识和把握改革的阶段性和当前阶段的关键问题,以岗位性质界定和专业技术岗位分级为突破口,积极稳慎推进改革,是当前阶段的理性选择。
The post setting management system of university personnel system is the core region, and it is of grent significant tor the re- form and development of colleges. Post setting management theory has become mature, reform steps forward however dimension diffi- euh. A clear understanding and grasp of the stage of the reform and the current stage of the key problems in defining the nature, and professional and technical posts grading for breach, active firm cautious advance reform, is the current stage of the rational choice.
