进出口与能源利用效率:基于中国工业部门面板数据的实证研究 被引量:9

Import-Export and Energy Utilizing Efficiency:Evidence from Panel Data of Manufactured Industries in China

摘要 中国为实现在哥本哈根气候峰会上的减排承诺,通过进出口行业结构的调整、提高工业部门能源效率是更具现实操作性的途径之一。为研究进出口对能源利用效率的影响,本文首先采用行业面板数据对影响能耗强度的因素进行分析,然后建立面板变系数模型和门槛模型分析了不同行业进出口对能源利用效率的影响。结果表明:总体而言,增加出口会降低能源利用效率,增加进口会提高能源利用效率;分行业而言,由于研发投入或外资跨越门槛值的程度不同,不同行业进出口对能源利用效率的影响存在显著差异。 In order to realize the goal made on Copenhagen Climate Change Conference, China should rely more on increasing energy efficiency, which can be accelerated by cooperation. To study the effect of import and export on energy utilizing efficiency, this article firstly analyzes the influential factors of China' s energy consumption intensity employing the panel data of industrial sectors. The result shows that increasing export decreases energy utilizing efficiency, but increasing import improves it. Then, by using variable-coefficient and threshold panel data model, this article concludes that import and export have different effects on energy utilizing efficiency across sectors because their R&D and FDI are of great difference compared with thresholds.
