摘要
目的:建立抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定方法。方法:气相色谱法,采用ZB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.25mm×0.25μm),固定为聚乙二醇,涂布浓度为100%;柱温采用程序升温;进样口温度280℃;检测器温度280℃。结果:新莪术二酮线性范围为0.605~3.025μg(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 1.67%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、可靠,可用于抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定。
Objective:A GC method for the quantitative determination of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills was established.Method:The column was ZB-WAX(100% PEG-20M,0.25 μm×0.25mm×30 m).Temperature programming was used with injector temperature and FID temperature at 280 ℃.Result: Neocurdione was linear in the range of 0.605-3.025 μg(r=0.999 1).The average recovery was 99.7%(RSD 1.67%,n=9).Conclusion:The methed was sensitive and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills.
