基于GC-MS技术比较分析温郁金源一株三药中挥发油成分 被引量:5

Analysis of Volatile Oil in Three Medicinal Materials of Curcema wenyujin by GC-MS

摘要 目的:采用GC-MS联用技术比较同一植物来源的3种中药温郁金、温莪术及片姜黄中挥发油在组成和含量上的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取温郁金、温莪术和片姜黄药材中的挥发油,通过GC-MS技术分析挥发油成分,结合数据库定性,以峰面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量,并进行分类比较。结果:色谱峰匹配度较高(>85%)的化合物共45个,温郁金挥发油中含单萜类成分8个、倍半萜类成分17个、芳香族化合物1个、脂肪族化合物2个;温莪术挥发油中含单萜类成分13个、倍半萜类成分16个、芳香族化合物1个、脂肪族化合物2个;片姜黄挥发油中单萜类成分17个、倍半萜类成分18个、脂肪族化合物3个。结论:虽然温郁金、温莪术和片姜黄来源于同一植物,但不同的药用部位和加工方法使得挥发油类成分在组成和含量上各有不同,由此决定其功效主治各有异同。 Objective:To compare the composition and contents of volatile oils in three traditional Chinese medicines,Curcumae Radix,Curcumae Rhizoma and Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum from the same plant of Curcuma wenyujin by GC-MS.Methods:The volatile oils of Curcumae Radix,Curcumae Rhizoma and Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum were extracted by steam distillation,respectively.The composition of volatile oils was analyzed by GC-MS technique,and its relative percentage content was calculated by the peak area normalization method combined with the qualitative database.Results:A total of 45 chemical components with high chromatographic peak matching(>85%)were identified.There were 8 monoterpenes,17 sesquiterpenes,1 aromatic compound and 2 aliphatic compounds in the volatile oils of Curcumae Radix;There were 13 monoterpenes,16 sesquiterpenes,1 aromatic compound and 2 aliphatic compounds in the volatile oils of Curcumae Rhizoma;There were 17 monoterpenoids,18 sesquiterpenoids and 3 aliphatic compounds in the volatile oils of Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum.Conclusion:Although Curcumae Radix,Curcumae Rhizoma and Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum originate from the same plant,the different medicinal parts and processing methods make the components of the volatile oil vary in composition and content,which determines the similarities and differences between the efficacy and indications.
