摘要
景观遗传学是一门新兴的交叉学科,该学科的发展为湖北钉螺分子系统地理学和群体遗传分化研究提供了新的研究手段。本文介绍了景观遗传学的产生、概念、研究方法和应用领域,系统分析了景观遗传学研究方法在湖北钉螺分子系统地理学和群体遗传分化研究中的应用进展,阐述了空间分布格局与湖北钉螺遗传分化与变异的相互作用,为湖北钉螺种群遗传学研究提出了新的思路。
As a new interdisciplinary field,landscape genetics provides a new research method for studying molecular phylogenetic geography and population genetic differentiation in Oncomelania hupensis.The origin,concept,methodology and application of landscape genetics are introduced in this paper.The progress of application of the research methods of landscape genetics in molecular phylogenetic geography and population genetic differentiation in Oncomelania hupensis is reviewed,as well as the interaction between spatial patterns and genetic differentiation and variation.
