摘要
文章介绍了熔模精密铸造中用快速成型制造技术制造蜡模的应用实例。快速成型蜡模制造成本低、工艺灵活性大,可以获得复杂形状和大型的铸件,与熔模精密铸造工艺组合,能充分发挥两者的特点和优势,在新产品试制中取得客观的经济效益。
The article introduced an application example of producing wax model using rapid prototyping manufacturing in precision Casting. Using Rapid prototyping manufacturing to produce wax model is low costs and flexible technology, we can get complex shapes and large castings. Combined with precision casting technology, we can make full use of the characteristics and advantages of the two technologies and gain objective economic benefits in the production of new products
