在快速成型技术的一个重要分支——选择性激光烧结的基础上 ,详细介绍了选择性激光烧结技术与电火花加工技术和粉末冶金中的金属熔渗技术相结合 ,制作三维复杂模具模腔的工艺方法 。
More and more people now show great interest in R P&M(Rapid Prototyping &Manufacturing), and different kinds of rapid manufacturin g technology based on RP&M are developed. Based on an important branch of RP&M- -Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), we present a new technology for manufacturing complicated 3-Dimension moulds, which involves EDM (Electro-Discharge Machini ng) and powder metallurgy. Finally, an application shows that this technology is feasible and promising.
