摘要
针对传统施工安全监控模式的不足,结合精益建造理论,构建了一个以持续改进为基础,5S管理、最后计划者体系以及团队协作为核心的新的建筑施工安全监控模式。分析建筑施工企业、项目经理部、以及安全生产监管所涉及的人员之间的关系以及在施工现场发挥的作用,通过团队合作来减少信息独占、孤立的局面,通过LPS体系减少施工计划的不确定性,持续改进安全生产固定的模式,最后利用并行工程的信息集成、过程集成以及人员集成实现该模式的运行。
According to the deficiencies of the traditional construction safety monitoring model,and combining with lean construction theory,building a new model of construction safety monitoring which is based on the continuous improvement,the core of 5S management,LPS and teamwork,analyzing the relationship and the roles of the persons among the construction enterprises,the project management department,safety production supervising,and decreasing the situation of the isolated information by teamwork,reducing the uncertainty of the construction plans by LPS,improving the safety fixed patterns.Finally,using the information integration,process integration,and person integration in concurrent engineering to achieve the operation of the model.
