摘要
目的 对亚低温在重度颅脑损伤中的治疗作用进行对比分析和评价。方法 对我科１９９９ 年１ ～５月连续收治的２２ 例重度颅脑损伤患者在常规治疗的基础上加用亚低温治疗。治疗结果与１９９８ 年全年随机抽取的２６ 例重度颅脑损伤患者进行对比分析。结果 应用亚低温治疗的重度颅脑损伤患者在昏迷时间、存活率、并发症等指标方面均较对照组有显著差异。结论 亚低温可有效地缩短重度颅脑损伤的昏迷时间，降低患者的死亡率，是重度颅脑损伤治疗中的一种重要方法。
Objective To analysis and evaluare the therapeutical role of mild hypothermia in severe injury of the brain. Methods 22 patients of severe brain injuries, were treated with routine therapy and mild hypahermal therapy .Contrast analysis was performed between the result of hypothermal therapy with 26 patients of severe brain injuries who were rardomly selected from all severe brain injury patients in 1998.Results Thers were significant differece between mild hypothermal therapy group with control group on coma time ,survival rate and complication and so on.Conclusion Mild hypothermal therapy can effectively reduce coma time of severe brain injury patients ,decline death rates ,it is an important method in curing severe injury of brain .
