摘要
国土资源安全问题是非传统安全的重要内容之一,土地资源作为国土资源的基础,随着地价房价的高涨而备受社会关注,其安全问题也成为学界与政界的研究目标。本文通过分析土地价格的形成机制和影响因素,提出土地资源安全的四个方面内涵,进而构建了土地资源价格影响体系,并提出相关建议以保障我国土地资源的安全。
The Security of Land Resources is one of the important parts of non - traditional security. Land resource, as the basis of state land and resources, attracted great public attention with price rising in real estate and housing, and its safety has become an research objective in academic and political circles. Through understanding the formation mechanism and impact factors of land prices, this paper analyses the four contents of land resource security, builds a land resource price impact system , and provides with some suggestions for ensuring the safety of Chinas land resources.
