摘要
采用离体裸鼠皮肤,以V-C扩散池和HPLC检测法,研究了阿魏酸的透皮吸收及其影响因素。实验结果表明阿魏酸可以透过皮肤,其渗透系数与浓度呈正相关;游离阿魏酸的渗透系数较其钠盐大;Azone对阿魏酸具有很好的促透作用。去除角质层后的渗透系数为完整皮肤的12倍,推测角质层可能是阿魏酸透皮吸收的主要屏障。
The authors have studied the percutaneous absorption and the influential factors of ferulic acid by V-C diffusion cell and HPLC with separated rat skin. The result indicates thatferulic acid may penetrate skin. There is a positive correlation between penetration coefficientand concentration. The penetration coeffient of free ferulic acid is larger than that of its sodium salt. Azone shows a good promoting penetration action on ferulic acid. The authors alsoreport that the penetration coeffient of skin when its corneum is moved is 12 times of that ofcomplete skin,which is suggested that the corneum is a main possible barrier against to thepercutaneous absorption of ferulic acid.
