摘要 目的:建立清热解毒合剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中金银花和栀子进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好,专属性强。高效液相色谱法测定结果,黄芩苷在0.186~1.861μg线性关系良好。(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为100.54%,RSD0.41%。结论:该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可有效控制清热解毒合剂的质量。 Objective: to establish the quality control standards of heat clearing and detoxicating mixture. Methods: Honeysuckle and Gardenia were identified by TLC.The content of baiealin was determined by RP-HPLC.Result: The spots is the TLC were fairly clear, good separating degree, strong specificity. The results of determination by HPLC,a good linear relationship within a range of 0.186~1.861 μg. (r=0.9998),The average rate of recovery was 100.54%, RSD 0.41%. Conclusion: The method is a simple,rapid and accurate, analysis assay ,which can be used fora quality control of heat clearing and detoxicating mixture.
