摘要
针对我国现行水价制度中存在的问题,提出了面向可持续发展的水价制定原则,包括科学发展观原则、可持续发展原则、高效原则、保证供水企业合理利润原则、保护消费者权益原则、地区差别定价原则、公平性原则等。在具体应用中,应结合实际情况区别对待这些定价原则,注意轻重缓急和使用条件。
According to the problems in current water price system of China,the principles of water price fixation for sustainable development were put forward,which including scientific development ideology,sustainable development,high efficiency,cost accounting and reasonable profit,consumption ability of consumers,regional price fixation,equity and equality.In practical application,the actual circumstances should be combined to treat these principles of price fixation,and the relative importance and application conditions should be considered comprehensively.
