摘要
高碱铝硅酸盐玻璃具有优良的力学性能,尤其在硬度、韧性和抗划伤等方面表现突出,是电子信息产品的触摸屏幕和手写屏的优选保护材料,依据高碱铝硅酸盐玻璃温度-黏度特性曲线,探索浮法工艺生产超薄高碱铝硅酸盐玻璃的工艺技术要点。
High-alkali alumino-silicate glasses have excellent mechanical properties,especially in the hardness,toughness and resistance to scratch,it is the preferred protective material for touch screen of electronic information products.In this paper,temperature-viscosity curve was measured,the feasibility of producing ultrathin glass by float glass process.
