化学组成对超薄浮法玻璃化学强化及渗锡翘曲变形影响研究 被引量:11

Effect of Chemical Composition on Chemical Strengthening of Ultra Thin Float Glass and Warpage by Tin Penetration

摘要 针对3种(A、B和C)玻璃组成相近且以浮法工艺生产的超薄低铝含量的触屏保护玻璃,经400℃、6 h化学强化处理,分析比较了化学强化指标(CS/DoL)、翘曲变形量(Wv)、渗锡深度和渗锡强度,观察到A、B、C的CS值相当,DoL值C>A>B,翘曲值A>B>C。结果表明渗锡浓度和渗锡深度是影响低铝含量的碱铝硅酸盐超薄玻璃化学强化翘曲变形的根本原因,MgO可减缓翘曲变形量,翘曲变形量与玻璃两面的表面膨胀/收缩差和离子交换速率差双重作用相关。本研究结果为浮法超薄玻璃组成设计和生产工艺改进提供借鉴作用。 Based on thine kinds of ultra thin low aluminum touch screen protection float glasses ( A, B and C) after 400 ℃/6 h chemical strengthening treatment, the chemical strengthening index (CS/ DoL), tin penetration depth, tin penetration intensity and warpage were analyzed and compared. The CS values of A, B and C were similar, DoL value shows C〉A〉B, warpage value shows A〉B〉C.The results indicate that the tin content and the depth of tin permeation are the fundamental factors influen- cing the walpage of ultra thin glass during chemical strengthening process. MgO can effectively reduce the warpage value.Warpage is dependent on the difference of expansion/ shrinkage and ion exchange rate between the both sides of the glass surfaces.This research provides a reference for the design of ul- tra-thin glass composition and the technological improvements.
