摘要
精密电子组装中贴装元件的检测定位通常采用针对元件形状特征的分析方法。但是随着贴装元件形状的多样性,使得基于元件形状特征分析的检测定位变得困难。提出了一种新颖的基于投影的目标旋转角度测量方法。首先预先精确建立元件目标投影长度与旋转角度之间的关系,然后检测运动目标的投影长度,最后通过查找建立的投影长度与旋转角度之间的关系,即可确定角度旋转量。为了提高该方法的定位精度,采用图像重采样技术来提高角度检测精度。实验结果表明了该方法的有效性,旋转角度测量具有快速、高效和高精度的特点。
The traditional methods for inspecting and locating mounting components are usually based on the shape analysis in precision electronic assembly. Since the diversity of shapes among surface mounting components in precision electronic assembly,it has become more difficult for locating surface mounted components. A novel method for angle detection is proposed based on projections. Firstly,a strong connection between the rotational angle and the support length is constructed in advance. Then,the support length of the mounting component is calculated. Finally,the accurate rotational angle is obtained by looking up the strong connection. In order to improve the accuracy of the angle detection,the method of zero-padding interpolation is applied. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
