摘要
柔性制造技术是现代制造技术的一个主要发展方向。通过从国际制造业的几种新动向，国内机械制造业柔性化的经验教训，提出了我国电子组装柔性化的途径，应先以推广应用适合我国国情的准柔性制造系统（Ｐ－ＦＭＳ）或独立制造岛（ＡＭＩ）为主，模块化、高柔性的贴装机是表面组装技术（ＳＭＴ）柔性化的关键。
lexible manufacturing technoloy is a main direction of development in modern manufacturing technology. Based on the analysis of the new development trends in international manufacturing and the experiences and lessons in this field in China, several suggestions are put forward for electronics assembly flexibility.In the first stage of development, Psedu-FMS or AMI should be applied and spread. Moduled and highly flexible chip mounters are the key to the flexibility of SMT.
