摘要
根据铜合金相图,设计不同成分的Cu-Zn-Sn-Mn低熔点合金,并利用差热分析仪以及力学检测设备等研究了成分对合金熔点、力学性能的影响。试验表明,60Cu-Zn-2Sn-4Mn成分的合金熔点最低,综合性能最佳,合金的熔化温度为813.9~864℃。
According to the phase diagram of copper alloy,different components of the low melting point alloy Cu-Zn-Sn-Mn were designed.And the melting point and mechanical properties were tested by DTA and mechanical properties testing equipment.The experimental results show that the 60Cu-Zn-2Sn-4Mn has the lowest melting point and the best overall performance.The melting temperature of alloy is 813.9-864 ℃.
