该检测系统用于金属与非金属筒形件搭接粘接构件的粘接强度的检测，它采用微机控制管理及数据处理，实现了检测速度快、误报率低的在线自动检测．本文着重介绍检测工作台的设计及检测系统的微机控制．
This system is already used on-line inspecting adhesion strength byhalved joint between metal and nonmetal barrel workpieces．The microcomputer isused for managing and disposing date．The results show that this equipment isable to inspect the workpieces efficiently，the speed is high while the error rate isvery low．Thts paper mainly introduces the mechanic design and the control pro-cess of the microcomputer．
