摘要建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术,正引领建筑业信息技术走向更高层次。本文分析了BIM技术应用于工程项目进度计划与控制的现状,并基于集成管理的思想,探讨了应用BIM技术编制进度计划和实施进度控制的可行性。最后以某大型机场项目为例,提出基于BIM的进度计划编制构想。
