摘要
对工程多维管理的研究现状和发展动态进行了分析,指出了基于BIM的多维集成管理实现的基础性关键技术主要有基于BIM模型的工程组件属性数据的数据结构与赋值机理;基于BIM模型和工程计量标准的工程量生成机理;以及关联3D工程组件与工程量的关系系统模型等。对这些基础性问题进行了初步探讨,提出了进行深入研究的思路。
The paper analyzes the status quo of research and development, and points out the key technologies on the basis of realizing the BIM-based nD integrated management, mainly in the following points: the data structure and the assignment of attributes of BIM-based building components; the mechanism of quantities generation based on BIM and engineering measurement standard; the relations system model for the connection of building components and quantities. The paper discusses these basic issues preliminarily, and puts forward the idea of an in-depth study.
