摘要 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术,正引领建筑业信息技术走向更高层次。分析了基于BIM技术对工程投资控制的理论,并基于集成管理的思想,探讨了应用BIM技术进行投资控制的可行性。以某大型机场项目为例,提出基于BIM的投资控制构想。 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术,正引领建筑业信息技术走向更高层次。分析了基于BIM技术对工程投资控制的理论,并基于集成管理的思想,探讨了应用BIM技术进行投资控制的可行性。以某大型机场项目为例,提出基于BIM的投资控制构想。
