摘要
使用一种按照严格方法处理过的稠油在实验室中进行实验,从而对电聚结油水分离法进行优化。实验结果表明电聚结破乳法能在短时间内导致一些水滴聚结,但是却无法完全分离出水相,必须在破乳后结合重力分离才能达到最好的效果。加入不同的破乳剂,会对实验结果造成不同的影响。
Oil-water separation method of extra heavy oil with electrocoalescence was optimized.The results show that electrocoalescence demulsification can lead to some water droplets coalescence in short time, but this is not efficient enough to separate completely water, to combine gravity after demulsification can achieve the best result. Adding different demulsification will result in different effects on experimental results.
