摘要 建立了重力式分离器油水两相分离的数值模型。针对两种不同的构型,比较了分离器的分层流动特征,并研究了进口速度对流动的影响。计算结果表明:分离器构型对流动特征产生重要的影响,合理的结构设计可以改进分离效果;进口速度和流量的增加使油水完全分离所需的距离增加。 Numerical model of gravity separator was established. The stratified flow character was compared between two separators with different geometry. The influences of inlet velocity on flow in gravity separator were studied too. The results showed that there were important influences of separator geometry on flow character, and the separating efficiency can be improved with reasonable geometry of gravity separator. The distance of oil-water complete separation will increase when velocity and mass flux of inlet enhance.
