摘要
以山苍子成年树1年生茎段芽为外植体,进行了组培快繁技术实验。结果表明,筛选适宜芽培养的基本培养基以改良MS〔MS+Ca(NO3)2380 mg.L-1+H3BO38.2 mg.L-1〕为佳,增殖培养基以改良MS+BA1.5 mg.L-1+IBA0.2 mg.L-1+VC10 mg.L-1+蔗糖10 000 mg.L-1为佳。在2 000-4 000 lux自然散射光照条件下,山苍子的GLLC-4号、GLLC-3号、GLLC-1号芽继代培养28天,增殖系数分别为5.6、3.1、4.8。
We used one year old buds on stem of adult Litsea cubeba as explant tissue to make rapid propagation of the seedlings. The basic medium for Litsea cubeba tissue culture was recommended as an improved Ms [ MS + Ca(NO3)2 380 mg. L^-1 + H3BO3 8. 2 mg L ^-1], the proliferating culture was an improved Ms +BA 1.5 mg · L^-1 + IBAO. 2 mg · L^-1 +VC 10 mg · L^-1+ sucrose 10000 mg · L^-1 On the condition of 2 000 - 4 000 lux natural scatted light, the period of sub-culture of GLLC - 4, GLLC - 3 and GLLC - 1 secondary buds was 28 d, and the muhiplication coefficient were 5.6, 3.1 and 4. 8 respectively.
