复杂曲面零件的逆向建模及数控加工仿真的研究 被引量:21

摘要 通过对逆向工程技术及CAD/CAM技术的分析,结合鼠标曲面自身特点,采用三坐标测量机对其扫描得到点云数据,利用Imageware强大的点云处理和曲面建模功能进行点云数据处理、曲线处理、曲面处理,重构曲面模型并进行误差分析。采用UG/CAM模块对Imageware生成的CAD模型进行数控加工自动编程,并通过后置处理操作得到能被机床控制器所识别的NC代码。最终经VERI-CUT实现数控加工过程仿真以验证数控程序的正确性。证明了将Imageware、UG、VERICUT结合以实现复杂曲面零件的逆向制造的方法不仅软件兼容性好、而且操作便捷,从而大大缩短了产品的设计开发周期,并提高了加工效率,为复杂曲面零件的仿制加工提供了依据。 Based on the analysis of Reverse Engineering and CAD/CAM techology,Combine with mouse surface's characteristic use coordinate measuring machine we gain points cloud.And take the advantage of Imageware's strong point process function,to do point processing,curve processing,surface processing,CAD model reconstructing and do the error analysis.After that,NC programming is accomplished with UG/CAM,the program is export in the form of G-code.Finally use VERICUT to realize process simulation and verify the accuracy of NC-code.The above research proves that this method not only has good software compatibility,but it also simplicity of operator.In addition,it largely shorten the engineering development cycle time,and improve the processing efficiency.The whole process of mouse processing is demonstrated with a typical example of complex surface parts maching.
