摘要
利用CATIA的Design模块获得CAD模型,通过加工工艺分析,设定加工参数,实现自动编程,获得VERICUT加工仿真所需的NC程序。本文通过"轴锥齿轮粗加工"的典型实例,展现了在VERICUT6.1.2环境下数控加工仿真优化的全过程,并运用机械设计的优化机理,说明其在仿真优化方面的优越性。
With the design modeling of CATIA, the CAD parts can be obtained. Through analyzing machining technics, enacting machining parameters, it can accomplish automatically programming and achieve NC code for VERICUT machining simulation.In this paper, a typical example of "Axial angle gear machining roughly"demonstrates the whole process of CNC machining simulation and optimization in VERICUT6.1.2 environment. The analysis of its optimization in mechanical design shows that the software has advantage of simulation and optimization.
