The statistical method of wind loads is studied. The linear and nonlinear analysis models for wind-induced response of glass cladding are established by using plate theory. The linear calculating formulas of wind-induced response are established by using the vibration model decomposition method, the nonlinear wind-induced response equation in which the load is of non-zero mean value is solved by using Galerkin's method and improved equivalent linearization method. According to the definition, the calculating formulas of linear dynamic reliability are established by using poisson process method, in accordance with the situation that the largest nonlinear dynamic stress is a Non-Gauss random process, the calculating formulas of nonlinear dynamic reliability are established by using poisson process method and nonlinear transformation, and the calculating example is given. So a complete set of analytic method of the linear and nonlinear wind-resistance dynamic reliability for glass cladding is given.
