摘要
本文分析了结构横向风振的机理和特点，提出了圆截面高耸随机时变结构横风向动力反应的振型分析法。
Mechanism and characteristic of structure transverse vibration under wind load are analysed,and mode analysis method of resonane response of circular tall random time-dependent structures is also proposed in this paper.
