摘要
系统总结了高层建筑和高耸结构抗风设计的国内外研究成果。首先介绍风振反应和风振控制的研究进展情况，且进行了全面系统的评述，然后提出若干值得研究的问题。
The researching developments at hmoe and abroad of wind-resistant design of tall buildings and towering structures are summarized systematicly. At first,the researching developments of the wind-induced response and wind vibration control are introduced and reviewed entirely and systematicly.Then,some significant problems necessary to be further investigated are suggested.
