摘要
文化权利是老年人的基本人权,但长期以来人们主要关注的是老年人的生存权、健康权、财产权等权利,缺乏对老年人文化权利的足够关怀。这在一定程度上造成了老年人的文化权益受损,影响了老年人的生存与发展。政府有责任重视老年人的文化权利,并通过积极的社会政策行动促进老年人文化权利的实现。
Humanities rights are the basic human rights of senior citizens.For a long time,people mainly pay attention to the survival rights,healthy rights,property rights and so on of senior citizens,but neglect the humanities rights of senior citizens.This has caused a certain degree of damage of the humanities rights and interests of senior citizens,affecting the survival and development of senior citizens.The government has the responsibility to attach importance to protect the humanities rights of them and take action through an active social policy to promote the realization of humanities rights of senior citizens.
