摘要
针对钢铁行业中采用镁基脱硫剂的不足,提出白云石基脱硫剂的概念,对这种脱硫剂进行热力学方面的研究。研究表明:采用金属热还原煅白生成镁来脱硫,在热力学上难以实现,需要高于1 443℃的温度,但不同温度下在脱硫剂中加入一定量的铝和四氧化三铁能够使整个脱硫体系的温度上升,在热力学上有利于金属热还原反应的进行;在1 350℃时白云石基脱硫剂的成份配比:煅白为65%,铝质还原剂为19,6%,发热剂为15.4%。
For the lack of magnesium-based desulphurizer in iron and steel industry,investigated thermodynamics calculation of a new desulphurizer,dolomite based on the desulphurizer.The study is showed:the desulphurization of molten iron with dissolved magnesium produced by aluminum-thermal reduction of aluminum and magnesium is hard to happen,temperature must be above 1 443℃,but at the different temperature of desulphurizer,the system can be risen by adding some aluminum and iron oxide.At 1 350℃,the weight composition of dolomite based the desulphurizer:calcined dolomite is 65%,aluminum is 19.6%,addition of aluminum andiron oxide is 15.4%.
