摘要 采用Setsys Evolution同步热分析系统对(1)氧化镁+碳粉+单质硫,(2)氧化镁+碳粉+硫化亚铁,(3)氧化镁+碳粉+硫化亚铁+铝粉+赤铁矿(Fe_2O_3)3种试验方案以10~25℃/min的升温速度在1 350℃氮气中试验研究了MgO-C-S(FeS)反应的热力学过程,得出差热-热重曲线。结果表明,MgO-C-FeS体系的反应温度要低于MgO-C-S体系的反应温度,在MgO-C-FeS体系中加入发热剂,会使体系的反应提前。 With using Setsys Evolution synchronous thermal analysis system the thermodynamic process of reaction of MgO-C-S (FeS) on 3 kinds of scheme- ( 1 ) magnesium oxide + carbon powder + sulphur, (2) magnesium oxide + carbon powder + ferrous sulfide and ( 3 ) magnesium oxide + carbon powder + ferrous sulfide + aluminium powder + hematite ( Fe203 ) with heating rate 10 -25 ℃/min nitrogen atmosphere at 1 350 ℃ has been tested and researched to get differenti- al thermal-thermo gravimetric curves. Results show that the reaction temperature of MgO-C-FeS system is lower than that of MgO-C-S system, and with addinK thermite in MgO-C-FeS system the reaction of system shall he moved up.
