摘要
在实验室研究了中高碱度的两个基础渣系内加入不同发泡剂后的发泡性能,并在250吨钢包炉上进行了埋弧加热的工艺试验,据此对发泡机理,影响炉渣发泡的因素、加热工艺及埋弧加热对钢水和炉渣成分的影响进行了分析讨论。
Synopsis In laboratory, the foaming performance is studied after adding different foaming agents into two basic slag systems of high and middle alkalinities. Also, the experiments on the process of submerged-arc heating have been performed in a 250t ladle furnace. Based on these experiments, the foaming mechanism, the factors influencing slag foaming, heating process and the effect of submerged-arc heating on the components of molten steel and slags are analyzed and discussed herein.
