摘要
目的 :观察苦参素对结肠癌LoVo细胞体外生长的影响。方法 :用苦参素处理结肠癌LoVo细胞 ,采用MTT法检测药物对细胞的抑制作用 ,倒置显微镜和电镜观察细胞形态学改变以及应用流式细胞仪观察细胞凋亡过程中细胞周期的变化。结果 :在苦参素作用下 ,结肠癌LoVo细胞呈凋亡改变。细胞凋亡的同时 ,细胞周期发生特定的改变。结论 :苦参素能抑制结肠癌细胞增殖 。
Objective: The current study was designed to investigate whether Oxymatrine can induces apoptosis in Colonic Cancer cell.Methods:Cell proliferation was assessed by MTT assays.Morphological changes of apoptosis were observed with invert microscope.cell cycle were examined by PI fluorescence flow cytometry(FCM).Results:Under the influence of Oxymatrine,LoVo cell exhibited changes of apoptosis both in morphology and in the characteristics of electrophoresis.Meanwhile the cell cycle also showed special change.Conclusion: Oxymatrine can inhibit cell proliferation,Oxymatrine can induces apoptosis in Colonic Cancer cell.
