摘要
吉林省中小企业存在着创新资源不足,创新意识不强,创新外部环境不够健全等问题,文章在分析了企业技术创新的优势与困难的基础上,提出了促进企业技术创新的对策。
Innovative enterprises in Jilin province there is lack of resources,innovation is not strong,innovation and a sound external environment and other issues is not enough,the article on the basis of analysis of corporate strengths and difficulties of technological innovation,proposed measures to promote enterprise technological innovation.
