摘要
地铁运营线上钢轨伤损严重,检测、维护工作量大。介绍了地铁钢轨伤损的状况,分析钢轨伤损的主要类别;对上海轨道交通1号线的大量检测数据进行统计分析,提出地铁钢轨伤损的五种典型类别,并分析其形成机理,研究其规律性,用以指导地铁钢轨养护维修工作。
The damaged steel rail of metro is very fearful,because it is a heavy work to check and maintain the steel rail.In the paper,the status of damage rail is introduced with Shanghai Metro Line 1 as the example,the damage mechanism is analyzed based on the statistic data and the discipline.At last,five kinds of typical damage of the service steel rails for metro are put forward to guide the maintenance of steel rail.
